December 14, 2012

Great attention has been received from government and business entities since VEMAS’ first appearance to the Public on 14th July 2012. Being invited by the Center for Housing Industrialization (HIC) of the Ministry of Housing and Urban-Rural Development of PRC (MOHURD), Mr. Karl Dixon, CEO of ALTEK Global Limited, gave the presentation on “VEMAS making off-site construction work globally” on the “State Housing Pilot Project and Sustainable Housing and Industrialization Technology Innovation” Conference on 12th Dec 2012 in Changsha, China.

The Service Pack route of VEMAS provides complete full service solution of industrialized prefabricated housing to developers, contractors and manufactures. The end product steel structure modular house and the off-site construction technology holistically satisfy the requirements of land saving, sustainability and energy efficiency of the State Housing Pilot Project. Therefore, HIC introduced VEMAS as an Industrialization housing innovation technology system to government entities at provincial level, developers, and contractors, encouraging the use of VEMAS system on local residential projects and applying the recognition of State Housing Pilot Projects.

With the successful show of VEMAS on this conference, it is strongly believed that more and more developers will adopt VEMAS off-site construction model for residential projects development in the future and expected that residential projects using VEMAS system will be wonderful examples for State Housing Pilot Projects.
