What are modular buildings?

Modular buildings are constructed in a controlled factory environment and shipped to the prepared building site for installation. Modules are completely decorated in the factory, including completed bathroom and kitchen fittings; the occupier only has to add the furniture.

How is modular construction sustainable?

All materials are sourced from suppliers with quality accreditation and are supportive to the sustainable agenda. These attributes are present in the materials used, the manufacturing methods adopted and the energy efficiency during the product’s life cycle. Once the Product has served its purpose sustainability can be measured in terms of recyclable elements, demountable and decommissioning of components.

Can the design of the modular product be customized?

Yes. There will be several types of modules to accommodate the different functions for each room space. Our modules can also be designed and compatible with the building floor layout.

Are there any size limitations?

Since the modules need to be transported they face certain size limitations. These limitations are based mostly on the highway regulations will travel on. Modular factories can produce much larger modules than most roadway overpass and turns can safely accommodate. Please keep in mind that we are talking only about size limitations of the individual modules. Modular building has no size limitation. In some instances additional modules are required to be transported from the factory.

How will the product be transported to the project site?

The transport vehicles delivers the product direct to site. Delivery to site is by way of a synchronized logistics program that links the production rate and site installation activity.

How will the product be installed?

Site positioned mobile cranes lift the modules into position. Dedicated erecting teams complete the on site installation for the modules and services.

How much will the finished product cost?
